A engaged, fast-growing Australian homesteading audience — traffic, tool usage, intent to buy.

Holly's Homestead is a free library of grow guides, animal guides, how-to guides, recipes, and 70 interactive planning tools, built for people actually planning and running an Australian homestead — not casual browsers. We're early-stage and growing fast, and we're upfront about exactly where we are, below.

Traffic & Engagement, Since Launch

WAU/MAU Stickiness
30-Day Active Users, Week by Week
Being upfront about where we are. We launched recently, and these numbers reflect that — a engaged early audience, growing week over week, not a mature, high-volume site yet. Our engagement quality (WAU/MAU stickiness, average time on site) is strong for this stage. We think that's a better foundation for a sponsorship than an inflated number, and we're happy to start with a low-commitment trial so you can see results before committing to anything larger.

Google Search Visibility

Separate from on-site analytics, here's what Google Search Console shows for organic search performance over the last 3 months — and this is where our Australian focus really shows up.

Search Impressions
Clicks from Australia
Mobile Avg. Position
Google AI Overview Impressions
Weekly Search Impressions

94.8% of our organic search clicks come from Australia — the number that matters most for an Australia-focused sponsor, and a much clearer signal than overall site analytics, which include direct traffic and referrals from elsewhere. We're already ranking #1 for "homesteading guides australia" and position 9.69 for "homesteading australia," with a strong 9.4 average position on mobile specifically, where most of our audience searches from.

Where Our Audience Actually Comes From

Australia is our single largest country of origin, with a global secondary audience of homesteading-curious readers in the US and elsewhere.

Most-Viewed Pages

Why Our Visitors Are High-Intent

Someone using the Solar Load Estimator isn't idly browsing — they're actively sizing a system for a property. Someone using the Homestead Layout Planner or Block Planner is actively planning land use, not window-shopping. Our 70 tools mean a meaningful share of our traffic is people mid-decision on a purchase, not passive readers.

Tool-by-Tool Sponsorship Fit

We match sponsors to specific, relevant tool pages rather than generic site-wide banners — a solar brand belongs on the Solar Load Estimator, not buried in a recipe. Below is our honest read on the best-fit categories, based on research into who already advertises to this exact audience in Australia.

What a Banner Looks Like Here

We build every banner to sit naturally in the site's own look, using the same colours, type, and card style as everything else on the page — not a generic ad-network box dropped on top. Here's a example, styled for a fictional solar brand, shown exactly where it would sit on our Solar & Off-Grid Load Estimator:

Banner Sizes & Placement

We use standard IAB ad sizes, so you can likely reuse artwork you may already have from other sites rather than commissioning something bespoke just for us.

On tool pages, we place one banner directly below the page's title and intro — above the calculator itself, so it's seen before anyone starts using the tool. For longer tools with a clear result at the end (like a final cost or a sizing recommendation), we can add a second banner right after that result, where attention is highest.

Tracking & Reporting

We're upfront that you don't have to just take our word for results. Three ways we can track a placement, and you're welcome to use more than one:

  • UTM links + our Google Analytics. Free, already set up on our end, and lets us report clicks broken down by exactly which tool page they came from. You'd be trusting our reporting for this one.
  • Your own tracking pixel or ad tag. If you already track your own campaigns independently, we're happy to run your tag alongside ours — verifying your own numbers is completely reasonable and we'd rather you trust the data than take our word for it.
  • A dedicated landing page or discount code. If you'd rather measure actual conversions than clicks, a code unique to this placement (like the referral codes some brands already run with other homesteading creators) gives you a direct read on what the placement is actually worth.

Can You Design Our Banner?

Either way works for us. If you've already got banner artwork from other campaigns, send it across and we'll fit it to the placement. If you don't, we're happy to build one from your logo and a product photo, styled to match the site the way the example above does — at no extra cost as part of the placement.

Pricing

We'd rather be upfront about how we've priced this than let you guess. At our current stage — a engaged, fast-growing, heavily Australian audience, but still only 7 weeks old — we think the fair anchor is a single exclusive tool placement, not a generic display-ad rate:

  • Single tool placement (one banner, one tool page): $150/month, or a discounted 30-day trial at the same rate to start — low-risk, since you get impression and click numbers at the end before considering anything longer.
  • Site-wide exclusive sponsorship (header banner site-wide, plus a placement on our highest-traffic tools and a "Sponsored by" mention): priced individually depending on which tools are included — get in touch and we'll put together a number based on what you're after.

As our traffic grows, pricing will scale with it — we'll always show you the numbers behind any rate, not just ask you to trust it.

How We'd Work Together

  • Exclusive tool placement. One sponsor per tool page — your logo and a short message exactly where your buyers are already looking.
  • Low-risk trial first. Given we're early-stage, we'd rather prove results over 30 days than ask for a long commitment upfront. At the end of the trial, you get numbers: impressions, clicks, and what they actually did.
  • Honest reporting. We'll show you the same analytics behind the numbers on this page, not a polished summary.
